FedEx When it Really Doesn't Ever Have to be Delivered Timely or Correctly
Hello @invitae and @labcorp. You have picked a fantastic logistics and delivery partner with @fedex ! You shipped a diagnostic test to me on August 7th. I’m less than 400 miles away from you. A full 10 days later, the package is still in California! I feel like for the amount I paid for the testing fee, it really should have been an Overnight or Second Day shipment. But 10 days and it is still on the far other side of the US seems a bit much, don’t you think? What are the chances the package is damaged since it needed to be relabeled too?
I’m probably going to want my money back. By the way, just two weeks ago @fedex delivered a heavy package for me to another address on my street. You all are killing it with your effectiveness!

Already apparent to me, it is clear that almost all the problems in the world today are the result of middle-aged/older, str8 white males. Too much hubris, and not nearly enough thoughtfulness, learning, empathy. I am this demo so I get to say it!
